Speech therapy is help to improve the child speech if your child cannot speak any words then he/she need speech therapy. Different level of kids having different kinds of difficulty some of them can speak one word , random words, meaningless words .
On the other hand people those who can understand but can’t speak properly like kite ”tite “ Apple “pple” etc are called Misarticulation
Some of them cannot say proper word take pause while speak the long sentence for example i wannnntttt apppple is called the stammering
